PCB Fabrication & Assembly
Duet’s PCB assembly capabilities span both Surface Mount Technology (SMT) and Through-Hole assembly:
SMT: high-speed pick-and-place handling up to 120,000 placements per hour, supports component sizes from 0201 up to 55 × 55 mm QFPs and BGAs, with multi-zone convection reflow ovens, automatic screen printing, 3D AOI, and X-ray inspection.
Through-Hole Assembly: uses laser-guided tables, cutting-edge component prep, and nitrogen selective soldering for RoHS-compliant, lead-free assembly.
Turnkey Manufacturing Solutions

Over-moulding, Encapsulation & Protection
To increase environmental resilience and longevity of products, Duet provides low-pressure moulding, over-moulding, and encapsulation (potting) using environmentally conscious materials such as Technomelt/Macromelt adhesives, epoxy, silicone, and polyimide compounds. These processes shield electronics from moisture, vibration, and mechanical stress.
